Rights and Usage All images produced for the agents may be used by them for any and all marketing material associated with the property or the agent's self promotion, and by the agent's parent company for any and all marketing campaigns. However, the copyright of the images legally resides with the photographer. Any usage of the images by a third party is strictly prohibited unless approved by the photographer and may be subject to an additional fee. 3D Estate Media in no way accepts liability for any loss or damage caused by taking action as a result of material viewed on or sourced from this website. StalloneMedia in no way accepts liability for modifications to photos after delivery of photos. 3D Estate Media holds the copyright to this website and all images contained within. You are not permitted to make copies of this website or images, reproduce or alter this website or images for any purpose whatsoever without the express written consent of the photographer. Images, virtual tours and plans remain the copyright of 3D Estate Media and will be licensed to the client for the duration of the property listing.

We require 50-90 minutes to set up and shoot, depending on the size, lighting and layout of the property.

If we have a cancellation, we can accommodate our clients the next day, however, we recommend 1-2 business days advance booking to secure a date and time of your preference.

We offer our clients RUSH and WEEKEND Services for an extra fee of $50. For Rush Service the Photography is published on same day, and the Videography within 72 Hours inclusing weekends. The Brochures however will be published first thing the next "business" day.

We will deliver and publish your photographs in 24 hrs (the next business day). For special photography and video services, you will get the links within 72 hrs or up to 3 business days. For Friday shoots, you will receive your photography the following Monday. We do offer rush orders, but the added cost will be $50.

We require at least 24 hrs notice for canceling or rescheduling due to us turning away other clients. Within this period, a $75 cancellation fee is charged. Rescheduling Due To Weather Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain is present, we can shoot the interior and understand that the seller has put a lot of work into getting the property ready for the scheduled shoot. No revisit fee will be charged for the exterior photos. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to the next available appointment. (No reschedule fees will be assessed in this case, for inclement weather.)

In order to get aerial view shots, a drone is used. Our pilots are licensed, insured and are also Transport Canada approved. This ensures our clients are protected from potential legal costs or risks associated with flying Drones for commercial purposes.

We always send you a draft to proof prior to posting anything online or to your clients. We require an approval in writing before publishing.
