We create beautiful professional custom brochure designs. All orders include; ~ a drafted formal property description (approx 200-300 words) ~ 25 colour prints on semi-gloss 11 pt paper (folded and stapled into a booklet) ~ plus a virtual brochure flipbook to use on your website (for 8+ sided designs) ~ brochures can be picked up 24 hrs after you approve the design When you place your order, please indicate which design you would like. We provide a 24 hr turnaround time once all info, files and photos are received. Choose a custom design to have us replicate a sample look.
