Service Description
Premium HDR photography offers a refined, high-quality visual presentation of a property through expertly captured and professionally edited images. By combining multiple exposures, HDR photography balances light throughout each room, revealing depth, texture, and detail that standard photography can often miss. It is ideal for showcasing interiors with bright windows, darker corners, and layered lighting conditions while maintaining a natural and elegant finish. This service includes thoughtfully framed compositions, wide-angle coverage of key rooms and exterior spaces, correction of perspective and colour, and meticulous editing to ensure each image is crisp, bright, and market-ready. Premium HDR photography is designed to present the home at its absolute best, helping it stand out in marketing materials, online listings, and social media. For property sizes over 8000 SF, please inquire ahead. Please include the **total finished square footage to be photographed** when selecting the property size, including all finished levels and basement areas. Approx turnaround time to receive photos is 24 "business" hours from the "time" of your shoot. ie. If the photoshoot is on Friday at 2PM, the photos will be published by Monday 2PM. NOTE: We do offer RUSH same day Photography at extra cost.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a connected service with 3D Estate Media, the client agrees to this policy: BOOKING & PAYMENT Appointments are confirmed once confirmation is issued and any required deposit or payment is received. Pricing is based on the service, property size and add-ons. Accurate property details must be provided. Extra charges may apply for larger, complex or undisclosed areas. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING More than 48 hours’ notice: no cancellation fee; payments may be refunded or transferred. 24–48 hours’ notice: up to 25% of the booking total may be retained or charged. Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% may be retained or charged. Same-day cancellation, no access, no-show or cancellation after travel has begun: up to 100% of the base service may be charged. One rescheduling transfer may be permitted within 90 days, subject to availability. Non-refundable third-party or special-order costs remain payable. PROPERTY READINESS & ACCESS The property must be clean, staged, accessible and ready at the scheduled time. The client must notify occupants, secure pets, provide access and identify restricted or unsafe areas. If the property is not ready or cannot be accessed, 3D Estate Media may photograph it as presented, limit the scope, charge for waiting or extra work, or reschedule under this policy. WEATHER & SAFETY Drone, twilight, exterior and community services depend on suitable weather, airspace and safety conditions. Affected services may be postponed and will be rescheduled or refunded without penalty. MATTERPORT & FLOOR PLANS Matterport bookings include the detailed floor plan stated in the service description. All floor plans and measurements are approximate and intended for marketing only, not construction, appraisal, legal or architectural use. DELIVERY, REVISIONS & USAGE Turnaround times are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Technical errors reported within five business days will be corrected where reasonably possible. Additional editing, return visits or changes outside the original scope may be billed separately. Final media may be withheld until payment is complete. 3D Estate Media retains copyright. Once paid, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use delivered media to market the booked property and related professional services. Media may not be sold, transferred or relicensed without written permission. By completing the booking, the client confirms they have authority to order the services and accept this policy.
